You can actually refinance your mortgage as many times as you want, but you should make sure that refinancing makes sense financially. Refinancing can be very beneficial, as you may get better interest rates, or you can adjust the repayment period. For the most part, you will be able to refinance however many times you want. However, if you do a cash-out refinance, you may be forced to wait 6 months before you can refinance again.
