Difference Between ROTH IRA and IRA?

Which one is better for me in the long run?

The tax advantage of a traditional IRA is that your contributions are tax-deductible in the year they are made. On the other hand, with Roth IRA your withdrawals in retirement are not taxed. That’s why if you think your tax rate to be higher in retirement, choose a Roth IRA and its delayed tax benefit, but If you think you’ll have lower rates in retirement, choose a traditional IRA and its upfront tax advantage.
